      Welcome to the Shenyang Red River Centre (SRRC) website.

       
    Shenyang Red River Centre was founded in February 1998. It is a joint educational organization operated by the SHENYANG INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING (SIE), formerly SHENYANG ELECTRIC POWER INSTITUTE (SEPI), of Liaoning, China and RED RIVER COLLEGE (RRC) of Manitoba, Canada. The Centre offers both full and part time English classes.

     China is going through many changes in all aspects of its society. These changes, plus the pace of the changes, present many exciting and challenging opportunities. We welcome foreign teachers with open minds and flexible natures to join us. Our English-speaking Chinese staff will conscientiously strive to assist you in meeting the new challenges you may encounter due to cultural differences and the differences in the working environment. Many teachers from English-speaking countries have worked in our Centre since its founding. We welcome your input and anticipate receiving your co-operation as we strive to meet the needs of our students.

      Our greatest wish is that the time you spend with us will be a positive experience. You will be presented with many opportunities to learn about Chinese culture while sharing your experiences and expertise with our staff and students.
